Rights of the child

A convention on the rights of child created in 1989

The Convention on the Rights of the Child is at the heart of the community social pediatrics approach. Inspired by fundamental human rights, this convention created in 1989 applies specifically to children.

Human rights constitute the minimum standards necessary for the survival and development with dignity of each and every person.
