The Argenteuil Community Social Pediatric Center (ACSPC)
It is a ccertified by the Dr. Julien Foundation, a bilingual non-profit organization whose main mission is to enable every child to reach their full potential.
This mission is realized by providing follow-ups with health professionals for children in situations of great vulnerability, all in accordance with the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Family Doctor or Pediatrician
The social pediatrician or the family doctor specialized in social pediatrics acts as a conductor to heal in children what may be wounded in their body, heart, and soul due to challenging living conditions He works in tandem with a psychosocial worker and the child to establish the diagnosis and the action plan.
Social Workers and psychoeducators
The social worker and the psychoeducator play a pivotal role as they allow for the completion of the medical assessment with a psychosocial evaluation of the child. He coordinates access to a range of tailored and integrated care and services to implement the action plan that arises from the clinical assessment.
Specialized Educator
The specialized educator ensures the harmonious development of the child or young person participating in the activities. His main and daily function is to create a stimulating environment conducive to the physical, psychomotor, cognitive, language, and socio-emotional development of the participant according to their age.
Language Stimulation Agent
The language stimulation agent intervenes with children with communication disorders (language, speech, voice) to implement the treatment and intervention plan determined by a speech therapist for the prevention, screening, rehabilitation, or re-education of children who present or are likely to present language, speech, and voice disorders.

- In 2024-2025, 191 children were seen by a doctor.
- In addition to this number, there are those seen in language stimulation and individual follow-ups. In total, 272 children were met by our professionals this year.
- A total of 3,691 interventions were carried out during the year, averaging 14 per child.
- In May 2025, the Centre moved into a house to allow us to better welcome our families.
